Momentum’s 2024 Shape Your Future Leadership Conference

Momentum Leaders concluded their 2024 Shape Your Future Leadership Conference at the BJCC during Women’s History Month. There were nearly 1,500 attendees and volunteers at this year’s event. Both women and men heard from keynote speakers Jody Singer, retired Director of the Marshall Space Flight Center, and Melissa Proctor, EVP and Chief Marketing Officer for the Atlanta Hawks and State Farm Arena. Attendees had a choice of 20 breakout sessions on a wide range of topics, from emotional intelligence, to building wealth, to artificial intelligence. Momentum also released the results of a recent economic impact study showing that Momentum women who graduated from a Momentum program in the last five years have experienced a collective $8.1M in salary increases alone.

In case you missed the conference, Momentum offers free virtual training for the community every month. These sessions are recorded and posted to their YouTube channel, along with podcasts and member interviews.
