There’s almost no better a view in Birmingham of the mountain and its city than from the windows of Ridge Park. This one-of-a-kind location is as good on looks as it is on amenities.

In close proximity to the Central Business district and the Red Mountain Expressway, Ridge Park offers easy access not only to the city but also to the surrounding region. One of the major landmarks in Birmingham, Ridge Park has won several awards for construction and landscaping. The renovation was completed by Garrison Barrett (architect), Brasfield & Gorrie, LLC (general contractor), and Nimrod Long and Associates (landscape architects).

Sloss Real Estate acquired the 118,000 square foot Ridge Park Place Building in 1998. After being vacant for more than 11 years, the former Rust Engineering Building was renovated into a Class A office building.
